Zumba®
Zumba® fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®!
Kid Fit
Kid Fit is a blend of a "kid size" fitness boot camp with a hip hop dance twist. The kids will work up a sweat in this exhilerating class while working out and learning to glide like Usher, perform like N'SYNC or dance like Britney.
Always energetic and FUN, the class will focus on getting the groove, stretching and isolations.
There will be lots of exercise and plenty of entertainment!
Zumbatomic® (coming May 2010)
Kids love to crank up the music, shake, wiggle and have a blast with their friends. So why not get fit while they're at it? This class fuses the Zumba program's exciting formula with the psychology and physiology relevant to teaching kids to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones. (Ages- 4-12)
Boot Camp
The Tower of Fitness Boot Camp classes occur weekly (based on schedule) and focus on providing you with an overall workout, with a specific concentration area each class.
The trainers at The Tower of Fitness keep your workouts interesting, and most importantly, entertaining! There is lots of laughing and at some point, everyone becomes friends. Boot Camp classes are overall body conditioning classes that include cutting edge fitness, team motivation, and never a repeat workout. The class is packed with a series of fun exercises that are specifically designed to tone and strengthen the body, increase cardiovascular fitness, and leave the mind and body feeling refreshed and invigorated.
During a Boot Camp class with the Tower of Fitness, one can expect to engage in a combination of calisthenics, resistance training, jump roping, core strengthening, obstacle courses, sports drills, cardio training (running, sprinting, climbing), agility (balance and coordination), partner drills, stretching, and much more.
Participants can also expect to notice a dramatic increase in energy levels, speed, strength, and endurance. Other side effects include a decrease in pant size and body fat, and overall improved athletic performance and self-confidence.
