A personal training session is all about you. Every person is different, therefore the workout programs should be different too. At The Tower of Fitness, “One Size DOES NOT Fit All!” What works for your best friend, family member, or co-worker may not work for you. Each client will have their own customized exercise program designed specifically for their unique needs, abilities, lifestyle, goals, strengths, and interests. Our roles as personal trainers are taken very seriously. We love what we do and are always striving to improve how we do it. The phone lines are always open! Our ultimate goal is to assist as many people as possible in adhering to an exercise program that will result in happier, healthier, and physically fit people. We aren’t successful, until you are!
